Job description:
- Provide technical support to customers as contributing team member
- Provide technical assistance through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance for company products and services
- Provide product and application training to end-users
- Provide post-sales technical expertise during installation, implementation, testing, and maintenance for company products and services
- Working with marketing team to provide tip & tricks, workshop, seminar for company products and services
Requirements:
- Minimum a Degree in Electronics, Telecommunication or Mechanical Engineer
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical & Electronic Design, simulation, design verification...
- Proficient in Altium Designer (or other EDA tools) is a must, SOLIDWORKS (or other CAD tools), ...
- Understand full line PCB – PCBA making process
- Outgoing personality, strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- A responsible team player possesses self-initiative and is result-oriented
- Positive thinking, can-do attitude and can work under pressure
- Willingness to travel between and throughout Vietnam
- Fluent in English & Vietnamese
